I can only place this story in the WTF section of BFTC, because we do not have a No S!@# Dumb A@# section. This is happening way to often as of late. I remember a man in Southern California that was killed by a SWAT team that had bad intel. The Court ruled that the kill was a clean shoot because the SWAT team was under the impression the information was correct. Lets think about that when we read this story.
