Oral Health When The Grid Is Down Part 1
Jul 30th, 2012 | By RhinoDocSo let’s talk prevention. As we stated before, brushing and flossing your teeth is the most important way to prevent oral health issues. If your tooth brush is bad, or you lost it, you can use a twig. Take a twig and sharpen one end, this will be used as a flossing tool. The other end of the twig you should chew on it until it is frayed, use the fibers as the brush. If you use aspen, orange tree, cherry tree, apple, or mint twigs, they tend to taste good. I would stay away from any pine tree. If that is not your idea of a tooth brush, try rapping piece of rough towel on a stick and using that.
