I can only place this story in the WTF section of BFTCBear Flag Trading Co.
www.bearflagtrading.com, because we do not have a No S!@# Dumb A@# section. This is happening way to often as of late. I remember a man in Southern California that was killed by a SWAT team that had bad intel. The Court ruled that the kill was a clean shoot because the SWAT team was under the impression the information was correct. Lets think about that when we read this story.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has announced a series of biological tests that they will be conducting in subway systems near Boston. DHS will be releasing bacteria into the MBTA tunnels, in what they say are tests to evaluate sensors installed in the tunnel system. The DHS sensors are designed to detect biological agents.
