Utility crews from several states East of the Mississippi River hit the road this week to volunteer their time and talents in Northeastern states hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. California is phasing out all Cars and Trucks in 2015. Governor Jerry Brown stated that cars kill thousands of people each year, use up resources, kills wildlife, and more.
